Refund policy

We build precision optics, and we want you to be absolutely certain you have the right gear. We understand that evaluating binoculars or rangefinders requires looking through the glass in real-world conditions. If your APRESYS product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process.


1. The 30-Day Evaluation Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We encourage you to test the optical clarity, ergonomics, and eye relief. If it’s not the perfect fit for your specific needs, you can send it back.

2. Return Conditions (The "Pristine Glass" Rule)

Because we sell high-precision instruments, all returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition. To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • No Field Damage: The unit must be free of scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear. The lens glass and coatings must be completely untouched and unblemished.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original APRESYS packaging, including all unaltered accessories, neck straps, carrying cases, lens covers, and instruction manuals.

  • Note: If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or showing obvious signs of heavy field use, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20%) or reject the return entirely.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the factory without authorization.

  1. Request an RMA: Email us at support@apresysoptical.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping address.

  3. Pack Securely: Please ensure the optics are packed securely to prevent transit damage. You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches our facility.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, APRESYS will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. (For warranty repairs, please refer to our Warranty Policy).

  • For "Change of Mind" Returns: If you are returning the item because you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
