Before any unit leaves our factory, it undergoes a final visual inspection and manual collimation check.

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from our factory directly to your door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Your gear is packed to withstand the journey, but we are here for you if the unexpected happens. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@apresysoptical.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
